That will require a rough and final inspection. 2) When installing drywall you will need a nail/screw pattern inspection. 3) You will need to provide 'conditioned air' to these rooms..how are you going to do this and that will require inspection.Will you have to increase the size of the electrical panel?

Like i got a recip to Mississippi for my CA / OR Brokers licenses and it was a whopping 13 question test I never figured out how they came up with thirteen questions its was almost like for me taking a drivers license test took me 5 minutes..

But I figured that couldn't be the case at all times because, in theory, I'd think some properties would be large enough to facilitate multiple entities. yes if you had significant acreage you could probably split the rights, which I would think would need to be like 50+ acres or so, something smaller I am not sure how it would be split if they both have rights.

I saw someone post in a group who I think is a schmuck brag about hitting a specific figure for their training and I just shook my head - like wow - this person is a great sales person and just steals the same lines from the business book about working hard and throwing out some slick slogans - but man oh man - when real estate gets hard people move to being a guru - just look at FB ads right now - many are not funds anymore but how to raise money, how to do X.

@Elizabeth Ross - make sure you are familiar with South Bend - houses for under 100k in South Bend can typically be in pretty rough neighborhoods, so be sure to do your due diligence.
