Any designer/architect can theoretically do the work, but those who have done many small units are experts at optimizing space while not detracting from the aesthetics. 

I’ve heard xencall is actually better with the exception of the aesthetics, but, as with most things real estate, better to see what BP has to say about it.Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

That's one of the reasons we have restrictions on some design elements that some members have requested... because there's a trade-off between design aesthetic vs. performance.

Not to say real estate is quite as dramatic as consumer goods, but you see the flips that sit on the market because they are over improved and asking too much, or the design doesn't cater to the typical buyer in that neighborhood, or the flipper only handled aesthetics and didn't address major structural/mechanical needs because they didn't know those issues would kill the deal on inspection.You also have to realize that all these "strategies" have been around forever.  

My case is that I the available land it’s narrow and I can only place a 27-28 wide MH to meet the set backs of the city of Shelton, WA and I found a brand new MH on Factory Expo, Oregon for $47k 3 b 2 bath, but the main entrance is located on a side so I don’t know how aesthetically might that affect the fact that all the houses around have the main door facing the street and my MH will not.

They will increase the appraised value and as long as they are designed aesthetically, many part of the US, especially those with high electric bills, have seen increases in home sales with solar on the roof. 

It is much nicer aesthetically as well as much lower maintenance. 

I work in the Portland, Oregon area and can tell you that if done with aesthetics in mind, solar can definitely be attractive.
