Spa with pool at STR questions

Getting quotes on a pool now for our STR. Option to add a spa for about $8k more. Should we do it vs a stand alone hot tub? How difficult is it to manage vs just the pool for guests? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We are in Tampa and most of our pool homes have the built ins.  It is much nicer aesthetically as well as much lower maintenance.  I would spend the $8,000 more personally.  Especially while there is more inventory these days, I think it will eventually pay for itself.
