Pretend/faux grounded outlets are not something to ignore, especially when you are not the resident.

I would rather squash an over the top request with "I am not going to do that" than pretend to check with somebody else and then play phone or email tag later.

As far as reos and banks go I have no idea why an agent would pretend to have multiple offers when he doesn't.

They just pretend - so I'd ask questions to ensure they really are who they say they are.

I am not for one second going to pretend that I would be able or willing to spend even close to the time I spend on here or the time you spend on here if I didn't feel like there was a direct and VERY selfish benefit to me!
