And I don't mean to be rude or come off as stereotyping, but a reason agents don't like flippers is that unless the agent has a stake in the deal a lot of flippers are notorious for not being loyal.

So for me that stereotype is intimidating to approach, but with that being said once I get my footing, I will seek out and leverage the hell out of someone's desire and drive to get into the business...I'm the newbie right now, but experienced enough to know that when enthusiasm is harnessed it's an amazing motivator!

Many times some leasing brokers sneak in a Perpetuity clause where they get paid essentially forever on month to month , renewals of options, new lease agreements, etc.It can be bad for an owner to agree to such terms because the potential buyer later on sees it as a permanent obligated ongoing expense with that tenant.
