Food is always an important thing when I am looking to travel to a new place so  that played a part in the decision making as well. 

My wife and I feel electric is more dangerous because the surface could be hot long after you turn it off and you are more likely to burn food because you cannot control the temperature as well.We see valid points on both sides of the argument so would like to know what you all have in your rentals and for what reasons?

The paperwork was just cleaner to do the loans as a package rather than separated out. 

I am very lucky because I have zero debt and no bills other than phone and food since I decided to get rid of my car I have no expenses now.

You can get COMMERCIAL dehumidifiers and blowers off of ebay in package deals. 

Should I only pick the best of the three single family homes with a tenant already in it or should I try to do a package deal with 2 of them being vacant?

Seller has been advised that only after Servicer receives a complete Loan Assumption request package will Servicer then be obligated to begin processing such request.

(I opened the Florida markets and ultimately was responsible to buy/rehab/lease/manage over 12000 single family homes which we bought 1 at a time from Q2 2012 to Q4 2014)  Lucky me, I can say I have signed more individual closing packages than anyone in Florida history... that and $5 still only buys me a cup of coffee at StarBucks!

Obviously though, if the tenant the OP is referring to has an eviction history or as a package was just a poor applicant, then yes, the PM should be held accountable for just ramming whoever into the unit to fill the vacancy.
