If you need confirmation of this, imagine you won the lottery and wanted to pay off your house tomorrow.

You didn't win the lottery, you're just moving.

They live on Park Ave( I only know because I rented from them) and the others are converting 20 year old purchases into condos that will be close to small power ball lottery winning earnings. 

My father had a judgement fr $ 4000 dollars against a tenant , 8 years later the guy hit the lottery for $ 30 K  , my father got a check in the mail .  

Unless they inherited a nice fortune, or hit the lottery to pay cash for those nice, new vehicles, chances are they've got 'too much month at the end of the money'.

Maybe not tomorrow in San Diego, so they may have to move to another town to find one, but I had to do it, and so can they.This is your investment, and you are not their winning lottery ticket, or charity.  

  - Have a pool party with a local singer (or resident singer who is in band) perform - more involved and doesn't reach all my residents, plus more expensive - Give everyone a $1 scratch-off lottery ticket with a nice note - Give everyone a cutting board (or something else that helps keep the property looking nice) - if they have a cutting board then they might be less likely to cut on the countertop therefore the counter tops would last longer - found that I can buy them for about $2 a piece Any other ideas?? 

Last year I gave up on winning the lottery and/or waiting for my luck to change.

It's also possible I hit the lottery next week.

For myself, sending direct mail is like buying a few lottery tickets every week.
