Is this a legitimate concern if I've been on the deed the whole time?

I find them tempting because if it is just a legitimate wholesaler out selling homes I never even knew existed then it could be a great connection to have, but if these have a reputation of being scams then I'd rather stay away.

If it's a large sum, or there's some reason that sounds legitimate, the money will probably have to go back.Needing to close pretty badly is a seller's problem.

They're legitimate, up front and don't have any junk fee's.

They KNOW  to record the AB before the BC in order for both transactions to be legitimate.

At the end of the day  I need a dog, my wife needs a dog and each of our 3 children need a dog, all we need to show you is proof our dogs are service dogs comforting the every day anxieties we have....I would try to meet with tenants and get a feeling of what type of service dogs they are, if they are legitimate by all means accept them.  

I understand that we'll build our wealth slower, but increased cash-flow has replaced (and then some) my income and enabled me to stay home with our kids and for now that is our "why."

Tough to make out exactly what he was saying.To see what he’d say, I offered to have my attorney set up an escrow account (at no cost to him) to hold the $5600 for us and to help us complete the transaction, to which he responded that would mean he would not have the funds then available to pay for the due diligence activities, and that would not be fair to him.Suffice to say, when he outright declined to do business using legitimate methods, I knew for sure this guy was a scammer.

I tried that on a unit in downtown hamilton, in a legitimate tight parking area.

Worst part is the court is intentionally enabling him.
