I find them tempting because if it is just a legitimate wholesaler out selling homes I never even knew existed then it could be a great connection to have, but if these have a reputation of being scams then I'd rather stay away.

At the end of the day I need a dog, my wife needs a dog and each of our 3 children need a dog, all we need to show you is proof our dogs are service dogs comforting the every day anxieties we have....I would try to meet with tenants and get a feeling of what type of service dogs they are, if they are legitimate by all means accept them.

Tough to make out exactly what he was saying.To see what he’d say, I offered to have my attorney set up an escrow account (at no cost to him) to hold the $5600 for us and to help us complete the transaction, to which he responded that would mean he would not have the funds then available to pay for the due diligence activities, and that would not be fair to him.Suffice to say, when he outright declined to do business using legitimate methods, I knew for sure this guy was a scammer.
