Charge for parking in Southern Ontario
Just trying to get an idea of how much one can reasonably charge for on site parking. I have a 3 unit house with a driveway and there is on street parking nearby. I hope to get a bit extra if a tenant wants to park a car in the driveway. Located in Brantford, Ontario.
I suppose the real question is: Is it reasonable to charge for the parking at all?
