A larger sq foot house may come with a big rental price but it may also sit on the market for a long time waiting for a rare tenant type which is a heavy carry and use of cash - whereas a 1000 square foot home has multiple applicants within minutes of coming on market at a lower acquisition cost.Don't get caught up in doors and size and bigger and better.

Unless you crack the shell, there is never a good reason to replace a hot tub with a new one, as they are quite easy - and cheap - to repair.A hot tub that has been sat in is no different than a previously-sat-on toilet, indoor bathtub, shower, sinks, or refrigerator.
