I'm about it invest in Brooklyn NY and I was thinking of ways to add value for relatively low costs. in unit washer dryers occupy about 25% of homes in NYC. there are laundrymats everywhere. I know I would personally she'll out a few hundred a month for the convenience of doing laundry in my own home. But does anyone have any experience with doing something like this in NY or any other metro area. Are there enough renters like me who will pay more for this luxury?
