Dallas is heating  up as well but I think there are better opportunities there too over Austin.

If someone took gas/heat out of their name randomly in the middle of winter I'd be concerned, but not here.

Hello everyone, Looking for some advice on baseboard electric heat!!

The Denver market has been heated for several years now and you may not be able to count on it to appreciate at the rate it has been. 

Some house can be cheap, but the competition has been heating up quite a bit, as there are less house, and more buyers.

There is no central heating... all base-board heating, which is usually quite a bit more expensive.
