Heat unit replacement or leave

Heat pump replacement or keep?  What do you other flippers find the best bang for your buck is with a residential property flip older heat pump?   If it’s working but 15 years old leave it or replace?  If you leave it do you not think it would help a lot on your resale’s to replace?  so far I’ve replaced them if they over 10 years old but I’d like to hear what you other guys think.
