It's just as important to know how to spot genuine opportunity as it is to be able to act on it.

I would also recommend the Section 8 bible and the book, How to buy and rent foreclosures, all four resources (Al, Lisa, and the books) should equip one to handle these type of properties.Great job and goodluck, this inspires me to find the same deal.Question, how did you find a portfolio like that, that had seller financing?
