Hello Friends!

I did a search on software and came up with about a Brazilian different forum discussions on software. Thought one more couldn't hurt.

I was considering purchasing the Quicken Rental Property Manager software which allegedly combines personal finance and small-time owner managed property portfolios. Two problems.

1. I couldn't find a MAC version

2. The reviews are not inspiring. Many consumers talked about significant problems with the software.

I know @Joshua Dorkin is an avid Mac user and might be able to chime in. I'd love to hear from anyone on this topic/question. What is a good Mac software to use to track personal finances and rental properties together?
