I work at Honda so I get down that way rather often (basically every day). 

He basically describes the same process of writing down the goals you have and then breaking it down into incremental steps you can take every day to achieve them.

My name is Nick Barker, and I decided to create an account after listening to the BP RE podcast religiously on the way to and from work everyday for the last three months. 

Very new to this and educating myself every day.

Now you can either say, its too hard and give up and go on welfare, or you can work an extra hour or two EVERYDAY on real estate AFTER your 8 hour shift until you do buy or wholesale a property. 

As a side note - THIS is what gets me pumped about going to work every day and what I hoped for from writing Set for Life - I love that folks like you can develop strategies to aggressively knock out financial worries and then pursue their creative passions in life distraction free. 

You may get a deal or two quick, but most likely it will take 6 months to a year before someone decides they want to sell.Keep planting seeds everyday!!!

@Lewis Yuan - yeah - it's not like great properties come up every day on the MLS.
