Hello everyone,

My husband and I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for about a year now, but just getting into the blogging aspect of what BP has to offer. We don't own anything yet, but looking into a multi-family in the suburbs of Buffalo ( Williamsville / Amherst/ Tonawanda ) to begin our journey. Looking forward to chatting with everyone here, and meeting some other fellow BP'ers from Buffalo!

@Bryan Watson Happy to help. If you have a minute, I suggest looking at a TedTalk by Stephen Duneier (link below). He basically describes the same process of writing down the goals you have and then breaking it down into incremental steps you can take every day to achieve them. By breaking a larger plan down into smaller more achievable steps, you can accomplish things you previously would have thought insurmountable.

How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals - Stephen Duneier
