@Dan Schwartz her lease is 12 years old and the former landlords kept extending it so the lease is kind of crap but it ends anyway this month.No security deposit as it was paid years ago to someone else and she would not get it back anyway - the place is not in great shape.

The rest of the stuff scares away newbies but the seasoned investor could give a crap.  1% gives you a lot of leeway to miss an item or two.  

It trust me to lead them into the next project as they know that even when crap hits the fan, I will still be there to make things right.

Lots of cheap crap there........fireplace looks very cheaply done.

Hence they beat the 'crap' out when they conduct soil testing.

I never wrote the details about why I was going to Columbus, but the reason I was a little excited about Columbus was I wanted to look at at an 80-unit apartment complex that was for sale for about $50k per unit and the property was 'right up my alley' because it was 50% and needed a lot of rehabbing and I've been a construction contractor for 55+ years.And...your 14-hours day ain't crap!

Starbucks has three sizes and 300 different options for the different ways flavors and their crap can be mixed.
