Either way, don't let any one person steer you, compile your information from multiple people you trust and make your own decisions.Some of my best deals have been found by "accident".

Although I'm a marketing guy, I'm not currently mailing anyone else's list(s) right now however I've been mailing since 1978 so I guess that makes me qualified to comment.The big challenge with compiled lists, beyond accuracy, is that they are static lists.

In the Pre-market section the "Foreclosed" and "Pre-Foreclosures" are misleading to many buyers these properties are not available as they would think they are properties compiled from public NOD, properties banks have taken back.
