@Tom Gimer since I know you have a background in law, and Account Closed since I know you have defended a creative transaction of yours in court...To me this discussion of Morby method only sounds ok from the perspective of 'mechanics of a transaction'.

With your extensive background in real estate and impressive experience, it's great to have you here.Your expertise in various areas will surely add value to our community.

We will rent to folks with no rental history (with a co-signer) and with some criminal background, where others in our market won't.In low income you can often get tenants to leave when the money stops; we have not had to file an eviction yet.  

You can access lots of background on the Company and the topic on their You Tube channel.

No offense intended, and I'm not trying to antagonize, but your background does not seem to match with anyone I would want to do business with.

To give a brief background, I've flipped 2 properties and am now looking to venture into rentals.

We go through regular backgrounds and FAA medicals.

However if I were to see the listing on it's own with no background photos I wouldn't expect it to be a home in Sedona or even the desert southwest for that matter.
