I try to limit my slovenliness if I have to be seen in public with my people - my wife, parents, or band mates - but beyond that my typical uniform is a pair of Russell athletic shorts, a Grateful Dead T-shirt and either no shoes, Birkenstocks, or a "fancy" version of Crocs.

The Uniform Commercial Cods cover the collateral a lender is entitled to and it depends if the loan was a cash loan or one funded with equity, equity loans are installment purchases and ownership reverts back to the lender/seller.While some states, like Florida say you obtain title as an owner, the buyer or borrower can still sue you in courts of equity to obtain any overages.Some states require any overage from amounts owing, plus allowable costs of collection to be paid to the borrower.A second has no relevance as to homestead exemptions, it's the total amounts owing.

Don't lift them 6 feet in the air and put chrome monster truck wheels on them, and even the top trim level ones blend in pretty well.But my "uniform" when I'm at home is cargo shorts, an old t-shirt, flip flops and a dingy ball cap.When I'm doing business, i.e. looking at properties, attending inspections, etc, I arrive in the F-150 wearing khaki work pants, a collared shirt, and boots.

"Closing" a modification of a mortgage is simply the execution of the modification agreement, if title coverage is effected it may be renewed, insurance may be put in place again, taxes may be brought current, loan balances may be adjusted along with interest rates.The lingo of Realtors and bankers and other lenders and servicers is not always uniform, a real estate closing is one thing, a loan closing is another thing.
