Negotiating Short Sales you have some control as too the timing of closing the deal as they are many stalling tactics you can employ. 

If you had started earlier in the year you could of used the lost harvesting tactic.

Maybe the landlord sucked and maybe the mold wasn’t her fault but using her obligations like that as a negotiation tactic is scary to me.But like I said, depends.

I'm not sure if any books have been written solely about the BRRRR tactic, but any book that can help with fully understanding its intricacies would be very helpful.
