There are really about 5 tiers of parks, starting with  the kind you're talking about; rarely bought by other than total newbie, cash-strapped buyers looking to get into the MH/RVP niche (and people who have paid some hard dues as owners and are now aggregating several/many such parks into a cash machine).

It also sounds like the landlord is cash strapped, most likely has already spent my friends deposit, and is looking for any reason he can to not pay.Any Attorneys you would recommend?

Drove it (yes I strapped it upright) 90 miles to the rent house.

I have even created spreadsheets based off of descriptions and examples I ready but then when I cross check them with another source the mat doesn't work out. 

We have funded builders but quite often they are strapped for cash and in between projects.

I used to be the guy with a water heater strapped to the top of my Geo, but now have appliances and material delivered or sub out crummy jobs that need a truck like trash out, gravel, mulch, etc.
