I wanted my lifestyle to change as we build an “empire” (the wording is for dramatic effect, but it’s true in my mind).

I only have been working there for a year and already not enjoying the 9-5 life style and I almost feel like I am "waisting time" because ultimately I want to be a full time real estate investor. 

I'm finding the more I learn, the more I need to learn.The poor person that I've been for a lot of years still shows in my present lifestyle. 

What lifestyle choices can you drop to save more cash?

An AirBnB is a much more easily accessible way of getting into a nomadic lifestyle than spending 10s or thousands on a van...

Cash flow is key to keeping developments a float and it sounds like you have that covered....assuming that your life style doesnt take up all your cash flow of course. 

For us we are co-sponsors on 2,600 doors so we are focused on Lifestyle STRs where they will generate very good cash flow and where our family can spend a couple weeks out of the year there.   

If you look at the house as a nice place to live which satisfies the 3 Ls (location, layout, lifestyle), then paying ~$500/m is awesome!

The low cost of doing business, diverse business base, availability of professional and skilled workforce, intermodal transportation hub and quality lifestyle continue to attract people and business.

As a "boomer" I am familiar with the RV lifestyle (although many RVers are no longer in the workforce).
