Interior designer eager to start investing

Hello BP! I am in need of some advise. I am 24 years old and work as an interior designer in st. Pete beach Florida. I love what I do but I the money isn't the best, especially because I am new in the industry. Though I enjoy my job on a creative level, I have never been the one to want to work a 9-5 job, creating wealth for other people, I always have had an entrepreneur mind set. I only have been working there for a year and already not enjoying the 9-5 life style and I almost feel like I am "waisting time" because ultimately I want to be a full time real estate investor. I have been consuming BP podcast and all the real estate investing books but I keep coming to this stoping point of not having enough money. I save everything I can but after paying huge student loan bills and my housing cost I am left will very little to save and set aside for my first home. (I don't have family that I can move back in with.) My first goal is just to simply stop renting and buy my own property where I can house hack or airbnb a few rooms out, However this will take me a few years to do at this rate I am at. I am SO ready to jump into real estate investing! The second part of this is that I been very interested in being a real estate agent. What attracts me to this is the freedom and of course the money. I am a very hard worker and I truly believe what I put in, I will get out. I believe I can be successful in real estate but I am not sure if that is the route I should take since I just moved to a new city where I only know I few people. My ultimate goal is to mix design and real estate investing, this included house flipping, designing unique rentals, and being a full time investor. So with all this being said, I am not sure if I should stay working my w2 Job as an interior designer where I am make very little money or get my Realtors license so I can earn more money faster to ultimately fund my investments. would love to find a mentor  or a business coach to talk to and guide me into the right path to take so I can reach my goals quicker. Any advise on being a low income newbie investor or real estate would be greatly appreciated!
