I have little to no experience in this subject but i've been doing a bit of homework searching through properties, reading blogs and speaking with some colleagues that are investors in the rental market.

if not, search "brrr" in the top RHS and there're a lot of blogs written about it.

First, we need to fix up our current home, so in the meantime, I will be on here reading all the blogs and posts, asking questions and learning whatever I can, so we can be as prepared as we can to move forward within the next year.
