The disdain is over the feasability of something purchased for $20k going for that price... not the fact its in small town America.

When someone dies now of heart disease (which over 1000 a day do in america) and they happen to have even a mild case of covid 19 it is being reported as a covid 19 mortality.

As all of us in the Bigger Pockets community know, rent is due today for millions of businesses and ordinary people, across America. 

I also think we will see the de urbanization of america.

People think the virus is almost over, so America will open back up and things will go back to normal.

America is going stir crazy and I’m certain they can’t wait to get away!

Speaking as an owner in an area that is driving distance for 65% of America (East TN), I think staycations and short drivable destinations will be hot this vacation season since I’m sure many people are seeing financial struggles now and ahead.
