Interest rates current vs. recent days - cash out refi

What sources are you using to compare today’s interest rates to interest rates from recent days? I was quoted 4% for a cash out refi and want to determine whether the rates today, or in coming days, will be better or worse.

@Adrian Akerman that is a fantastic rate historically. Rates have been extremely volatile recently, but they are also generally pretty low right now. I am completing two refinances in Berwyn and Cicero and my rates are right around that number (one is higher and one is lower).
