Define a strategy and go all in on educating yourself and executing.

We get obsessed with market selection, but execution on a well thought out strategy is the most important thing, not the location or market that you pick.

For my business, I like both the Chase Ink and American Express Business Blue.

If you are partnering with them for their cash, then partnering for that purpose is likely more expensive than financing if you actually execute according to your plan.
