On a side note, I used to live in Philly for 12 years in the Fairmount/Art Museum area and had a few rentals there.

They are business owners who are opening a martial arts studio.

I am into design, art, travel, and meeting new people. 

If you don’t want to operate a business like that then is the building rentable to a spa, gym, dance/martial arts studio in a triple net lease?

My great grandmother was a seamstress and her quilts are mini works of art, made with scraps of family members clothing, hard to explain...we've been offered hundreds for her early 19th century ones.

I was also in the art world for 5 years and I use that to reinforce helping with aesthetics and design when buyers are trying to forecast how a home may look.

@Mike Nuss  well one reason is they simply don't know.. they are not attending Rarebird and getting educated in the finer arts of the real estate game here in PDX>. that's the obvious answer !!!

Setting up appointments to view the property for your buyer could be an art on itself b/c a lot of listing agents don't pick up the phone.

Art, I know it was going to be a hot property.
