Lead Generation, CRM, Web hosting, and SEO
I am a new agent and I am looking to boost my business because my full time job doesn't necessarily allow me to put many hours into real estate. With that being said, I feel that it may be worth my while to pay x amount of money per month to generate solid leads to allow me a few sales a month. In doing so, I can become a full time agent without the worry of going into debt quickly.
I value anyone's opinions and experience with:
1. Web-based lead generation systems like zillow, realtor, trulia, etc
2. CRM systems with website hosting/building
3. SEO systems and/or DIY techniques
I can comfortably spend $200 or less a month collectively for the systems mentioned above
Thanks everyone!
