I would include the water/sewage in the rent, or have the tenants pay there own water, considering they have washers / dryers in the unit.I am looking for the property management cost to incorporate garbage cost, please let me know if this is realistic.TY

I was able to negotiate the price down over $40K, repair the issues and add some additional amenities (Mini-splits to one of the apartments, Landscaping, dishwasher, washer and dryer for each apartment).
