I still want to try my hand at that game someday for the passive income in can provide (without dealing with tenants) but need a bettter velocity model to grow capital.  

Having a W-2 job will allow you to invest in real estate at a much higher velocity. food for thought.

Hello,I have never purchased the Experian's Note Holders list or any other vendor's, so I cannot comment on that.I can tell you I have had success with real estate hedge funds, who sell these loans because they operate on a velocity model.

It’s the new smoke and mirrors pitch.......there is nothing magic about a heloc....you are essentially just paying Extra toward your mortgage, which is actually cheaper without using the heloc.There are multiple threads on here, search Velocity Banking or just heloc.....you’ll get hours of nonsensical reading. 

The laws of the velocity of money will tell you that if government did not spend the economy would fall flat, there is an economic impact to  every dollar taken and spent.Now, do you really want to  deprive the owner of a $295,000 home in Ft.

I want to use velocity of money, economies of scale....and manage my assets. 

You can agree or disagree with the game, but - if you chose not to play, you will struggle to win.In a fractional reserve system, which mandates inflation and velocity of money, cash is a depreciating asset, if you can call it asset.

. :-) After reading several hundred posts about the Velocity Banking and other mortgage payoff strategies, I find that they all depend on a few misconceptions that are then buried in an explosion of numbers and straw man examples.
