Hello,I am looking for a recommendation for a service to append e-mail and telephone addresses to a list where I provide first name, last name, adress, city, state, zip.Here's the thing: I've used other services in the past that just have too many mis-hits, dead phone numbers - or that simply charge way too much.I'm looking for a service that has quality control on the telephones and e-mails, and either charges .10 per check or .15-.20 per successful match.

Any owner of a residential rental or individual signing a rental agreement on behalf of the owner shall include in the agreement the name, telephone number, and usual street address where personal service of process may be made on that owner, or anyone who is authorized to act on behalf of that owner, as well as the name, telephone number and address of the person to whom rent shall be paid, and in what form rent should be paid.
