i think you would be better off getting a HELOC on the property and using that as a sweep account.

His "sweeping" statement is downright over generalization and biased.

The way municipalities code apartment buildings varies greatly.For example, Oakland county (Michigan) has a separate code for apartments, but Wayne county (Michigan) sweeps retail and apartments in together.

The discussion you have provided here is not settled law If the travel ban becomes settled law it will be because the Supreme Court decides that the President has sweeping  executive powers to regulate who comes into the country and they trump the discriminatory findings of the various (not just the 9th circuit) appellate courts.Unfortunately there is not a corresponding executive authority vested in landlords to regulate who comes into their unit that trump the discriminatory effect a policy of theirs may have.

I would recommend looking at properties that have sweeping mountain views or has river access.

Hi guys,I have a question in regards to home inspection.We are planning to purchase a house that is build in the 1990s in New Jersey.Should we do an oil tank sweep? 

I used these on hard surface floors and have been glad I did (they get beat up but the floor underneath is preserved).I also advise tenants on having a rug/ pad/ protector under any sharp furniture legs and to look out for gravel stuck in your boot, etc.An added benefit: on the turnaround you just sweep/vacuum and damp dust/swiffer the floor and it is ready for the next tenant (provided it did not get damaged).
