STR in Mineral Bluff, GA

Can anyone give me insight on STR in Morganton or Mineral Bluff, GA? I find the prices to be cheaper there then in Blue Ridge, but they're also pretty far from town (which I understand that is the reason why they are less expensive.) Just trying to figure out if STR do well there or not? Thank you for your help!
