I like the northwest side, far north, and southwest sides.  

Looking for an attorney in the Southwest Washington area that specializes in Real Estate and works with investors regularly. 

They are all in the Southwest part of town.. the rent isn’t great, compared to the value of the homes now.

I'm afraid of investing in a smaller town 30-45 minutes outside of my home city of Kalamazoo, then finding my next property 45 minutes on the other side of the city and ending up with properties spread all over southwest Michigan.

I understand that some of what's going on on the westside and southwest Atlanta is speculative (aside from all the big developments) but our investments there have done very well the last few years.

We’re looking into the southwest area and we’re open to something turnkey or a home that needs work.

With prices in NYC I am a renter, but am looking at quads up to 10 unit buildings in Southwest Florida.

@Kevin Hart southwest, one in particular I just revisited is directly under shively, it says it's sold as is but no notes as to anything being wrong with it from a glance, of course I would check it out in person but I was looking for some local opinions and connections that may be able to help me as well if that's really what the average price points are
