Not sure how much the end buyer is going to make on this deal because I don't know the soft costs, etc but If you HAVE to assign it or run into this problem again try to only make 35% of what the buyer makes, MAX. that means if the end buyers is projected to make 50k you'd make around 17.5k.

@Wilson Churchill,You could try using the fitting that's a slightly too small, use your tube cutter to crimp it down, then soft-solder it to seal the joint.

As for the beach itself, it has that nice soft white sand, which I thought was the norm, but becomes more and more rare the more beaches I go to.
