Having a few challenges on financing right now since I have a 0 credit rating believe it or not was done deliberately because of identity theft in 2000 now have to rebuild it too.Long term goals I’m 58 so wanting to retire or semi retire in next 10 years not really wanting rental projects unless I meet a great property management team exception to that is I want storage rental maybe a few of them.

@Brent Coombs $130,000 is a semi-conservative ARV; max is $140k and minimum would be $115k. 

Looks like they had semi gloss on walls and ceiling.2-bedrooms I've always had flat on ceiling and walls eggshell?

@Chad Urbshott  the craziness comes from all angles.. be it guru.. pump and dump guru's, semi guru';s with all their webinars and nothing behind them. .BP and all the talk that goes on here from those touting wholesaling etc.. its from all angles.....

We are also considering semi-local to LA, and from recent research, Texas is looking appealing.
