Police cleared the house and let us in.There were a bunch of stolen bicycles and hand tools in the house, a cup of hot coffee on the table, dirty dishes in the sink, all the trash in the trash can, no signs of alcohol consumption, bag of marijuana on the table. 

The job seemed to go well, until I realized I forgot, AGAIN, the demon known as the tv dish! 

The tenant is unlikely to help or hurt the appraisal one way or the other, as appraisals are based on square footage, general repair condition of the house (I assume the tenant hasn't destroyed the place), amenities and location, not on whether the tenant badmouths the landlord or has dirty dishes stacked in the sink. 

I'm looking to start wrapping up mobile home parks in a satellite city near Raleigh NC.

Demand a list of subs and materialmen...in case a satellite drops on them on the way home one day. 

He does have a daily maid come in and do the dishes, vacuum, etc. for 2 hours a day. 

Most shocking is a humans ability to live in roach infested squalor surrounded in filth clothes dishes and junk everywhere ....and still be satisfied !

I have seen sites go from looking like a lot of buildable area to getting a giant piece cut off because of "underground" wetlands that arent visible from any satellite image or looking at it from the ground and that ended up killing the project because that ate into the area needed for parking.
