I'm looking into a community now of garden-style apartments that listed as Section 8 housing for 65 and up.

Someone paying $1200 a month may expect stone (e.g. granite or marble) but someone paying $600 a month is going to take what ever is there.Note that I haven't even touched on styles.

My current list of education items I am researching are: 1) specifics of asset protection for this style of property.

I haven't found many properties that get me excited - most failing to connect due to the numbers or the incredibly tough tenant laws.This past week I finally found a property that has me in the black after I do some improvements to it, but again its not that Brandon Turner style story of house hacking while making money.

What you see as demanding, may be just a different communication style than you're used to.

Tone and style are tough to pick up via email.

We have these accordion style doors (pics below with all our tools in the room) to the washer and dryer room and they are old and seem out of style.

They have some really wonderful colors/styles, tile has came a loooooong way and is really great now!   

The inverter is designed to dump everything it can back into the grid.In order to go off-grid, I’d have to have a cut-over switch that would take the from the existing inverter and on to an off-grid style inverter that’s designed to work with batteries, etc.  

All the nearby comps are renovated in a modern clean style with wood floors and updated kitchens/bathrooms.
