I have my credit where it needs to be have a down payment saved of around 17k and looking into Host financial to go through for my first deal I am wondering has anyone personally used it and how do you like the company and the process thank you and looking forward to the journey 

@Alvin Sylvain I agree the emotional support animals are B.S. but they are legal and we have to abide by the law.If the animal is an ESA, you are allowed to ask if the person is disabled and what service the animal provides.

I personally would rather just continue with the second bank, why go back to the first one.

However, aside from that, I couldn’t find much information about them, and the only online presence seems to be the wife’s LinkedIn profile (though I’ve never met her in person and am just going off her profile picture on Zillow).After submitting the application through Zillow, we attached our income (two months of pay stubs for each of us from our current jobs), work references, credit and criminal background, rental history, and the contact info for our current landlord (who just so happens to be my fiancé’s father).

After hearing about, and personally encountering some horror stories of disagreements between homeowners and contractors, I am wanting to establish a clear contract to use with a new general contractor. 

The 5-10 it gets heavier and a lot busier, and 10-15-20 it really is untenable to self-manage especially if this is not you main business like a person buying their own rentals and building it like a small business. 

I personally feel landlording in Indianapolis is pretty easy as far as restrictions go.  

It might because they don't want any random person just setup a property management software to make it look legit and using it to scam people (tenants)

If they've genuinely abandoned, you'll notice their clothing, personal hygiene, and things of value are all gone.

I say "may" because while I have read about this in several places, I have not personally verified this to be true.I usually pay contractors by check the minute the work is finished and approved.
