Basically it will have the full bath room , a refrigerator , a counter with a sink and cabinets ,and outlet for a kiln ( that outlet could also be used for an oven)  The rest of the building would be open.  

We are looking for good quality ice maker to place in bar cabinet with refrigerator.  

In all we spent 1500 on refrigerator, washer, and dryer and in exchange I increased our tenants rent to 1200/month.

We take common area photos, all windows and doors, every faucet, seals on both refrigerator and stove and any appliances in the unit.  

@Rafael Castellanos despite your house being zoned for SFH, it is not illegal to turn your garage into a master suite with a bathroom and “wet bar” that happens to have a refrigerator and a “side entrance.”

A duplex with the floors one over the other would concern me with potential water damage from the refrigerator and bathroom.

The paperwork for the listing showed the number 4 crossed out twice and replaced with 2 for ranges and refrigerators. 

Hi All,I am looking at a property inIndependence that does not have a refrigerator or stove/range.

I am supplying washer, dryer, range, and refrigerator all entry level models but nicest looking ones I could find.

.- Appliances: stove and oven, refrigerator- Chimney- Large front porch shared with 1st floor residents- Separate front door entrance, basement access is through a staircase at the rear of the house next to kitchen- Street parking (we have a tight, shared driveway and can't accommodate off street parking)Important note: The first two tenants moving in will be relatives of me and my husband (a nephew and a cousin), but the rest of the workers moving in, in the future I likely won't know.I have a small back yard where my husband and like to make fires and hang out when the weather is nice.
