Update.My contact at auction.com says Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures and REOs won't really be measurable unto the beginning of 2021.Moratoriums, and possible continuation of moratoriums, have delayed delinquencies that are piling up and will likely create a logjam.For many of $600 a week Fed Unemployment recipients, what will they do if they have NO JOB when the Fed $600 weekly payments stops at the end of July???

I guess the logic being that the recipients each pay taxes to what ever bracket they are thrown into instead of my grandparents getting taxed for the whole property.

It is not illegal to reject a section 8 tenant.... it it illegal to reject a tenant BECAUSE they are a section 8 voucher recipient.

So, let's be clear about how poor someone is before they are the bad kind of poor.I think the first thing that needs to be addressed is the pervasive attitude that poor people have somehow created their own poverty and are simple-minded people that need to have their finances governed by someone else.Just look at the shows showing celebrities trying to buy food for the amount of money allocated to food stamp recipients to see how impossible it is for them to eat on that amount of money for food.
