For Context - I understand real estate is a long term deal but, after holding a property for 1.5 years I feel as if the performance is lack luster and have considered selling off the property in pursuit of something larger and more profitable.  

It is a never-ending pursuit of excellence and self-education!

The corporations become a wing of the government (not really gov. at all) to carry out a time of enslaving people as an exercise of evil over man kind, as a battle over life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

I took my lap top just in case.. the lodge said no internet but lo and behold there it was wi fi.. there was no cell service though so that was good.. the guys I were fishing with  were retired fully  one owned car dealerships one a newspaper and one a Lumber mill.. their big interest after fishing was to check who was doing well in the golf tourne and other sports pursuits..

I've been a member of BP for roughly 2 years and recently upgraded to PRO, self educating myself everyday in pursuit to becoming a full time REI.

The overarching long term goal has always been to be able to support myself 100% without needing to rely on a job, whether that's through REI, freelancing, other entrepreneurial pursuits, or some combination of all the above.

While REI is a pursuit with many metrics and measuring sticks, it is one that changes drastically with each person's goals and aspirations.

So, if you don't have any vision for what to do with your RE license then you can place it on inactive status until a later date when you do know.However, I'll suggest this . . . why invest money or time into this pursuit if you don't have any purpose for it?
