Good evening BP, my name is Joaquin Dugan and I am a newbie investor living in the DFW market. I've been in the forums occasionally, however have been a lot more active. A little about myself, I am from Compton, CA and am a firefighter for Dallas Fire Rescue. I've been residing in the DFW area approximately 4 years and love every bit of my current residency. Nearly a year ago, I purchased my first SFR to sorta kickstart my investment career. I've been a member of BP for roughly 2 years and recently upgraded to PRO, self educating myself everyday in pursuit to becoming a full time REI. My focused is based around BRRRR and long term rentals OOS in midwest and southern markets. Would love to connect with other like-minded investors, mentors and be of value to others.
