Funding my first deal
Hello fellas, I am finally in the process of searching for my very first deal. The main obstacle that stands in the way is funding the down payment for a house flip. No matter what avenue I look down, a 20% down payment is a must. I have looked into other options such as crowdfunding and DPA (down payment assistance) but have not had much luck. I am a New Hampshire resident looking to invest in South Florida where my step father/contractor/co-partner resides. I am eager to find a way to make this work even though it seems nearly impossible to start with no capital. I have a phenomenal contractor and all the opportunity right in front of me, I am setting up an LLC, I have a small team in place. Just funding the down payment is the current roadblock as I am the only one who carries good credit. Any tips & advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much! I will not give up.
