"A" has been trying to do research on pleading that have been filed before to determine what defense or counterclaim to plea.

My two cents also is there are a lot of "supposed big buyers " that are just as guilty n don't or can't perform like they state.

I was reading over the testimonies submitted for consideration, MOST from landlords pleading for them to strongly consider the consequences of such an action that damages landlords.

Here are some things that I’ve seen regarding this type of rental: ● The owner never seems to want to run a background check ● they never want them to pay a deposit ● they want to give them “free rent” or a huge discount while they look for a job ● Family or friends become or seem entitled to special requests and take advantage ● Friends or family may hesitate to tell you about maintenance issues because you gave them a break ● They make you feel guilty when you ask for a late fee ● When the property gets damaged, you dont feel comfortable asking for money to make repairs ● Lastly you may have to evict a friend or family member.

I talked to the seller and tried to plead for a extension and she said sorry she changed her mind.

I called the previous owner and pleaded for him to redeem.  

I can say for sure that in the 4 months that I have been absorbing information, reading the books, and looking at the big picture, I have certainly been guilty of analysis paralysis.

She was afraid of him and felt guilty about kicking out her late husbands son but she also knew he was making meth and stealing form her.
