When I rent to others with pets I charge a non refundable pet deposit AND add a monthly pet fee per pet.

We are pet lovers and have a small dog and noticed it was very hard to find rentals ourselves that were pet friendly in our area (Manayunk/Roxborough).

Same thing with pets.

A fairly new home that was built in 2007, but the previous tenants had pets that they never let out to use the bathroom, and kids that liked to color on walls, etc. 

Because having hundreds of people come through your house, especially if you have a kid or a pet that needs to be taken out each time can be a real pain in the but.

Again, are tenants allowed pets? 

Try googling or calling the number with caller id blocking and verify that at least.I once had someone threaten over text that I was discriminating and that their lawyer was gonna call me (I said I wouldn't show them the unit due to credit score to low and pet bird).

Her reasoning: she doesn't want a family of 5 or 6 using the unit and causing more wear and tear, doesn't want people with pets, and feels like the 2 BR units attract retired couples that may have an occasional visitor.

On my rare moments of down time I enjoy photography, traveling, college football/basketball, petting llamas and talking to my dog about the emotional benefits of barking less.
