Just closed my first deal This morning!!  

Anyway, when I first started, my team leader had me following up with buyer leads that were coming in through his marketing, and also he had me circle prospecting every morning.

Morning all,  Im looking to lease option/sandwich lease option in the Buffalo NY and surrounding suburbs.

I work on Staten Island as a realtor, so I don't want to play Monday morning I told you so ...I can say this , I advice against buying property with out a certificate of occupancy, I had investor do it , but they understand the risks and can wait it most times .

It seems to have moved west a bit as of this morning.  

I put an offer in on the property this morning, but I wouldn't be closing for at least a month so it would likely be well after the storm has passed.
